Refund and Return Policy

I agree to the terms and conditions outlined on the OZmeats Online Website in the detailed policies.

I am placing my order prior to the day before its delivery run and I am aware if my order is placed late, some items may not be available to deliver in the next day delivery slot.

​

All our products are supplied fresh and are prepared to order. We pride ourselves in begin specialists and therefore meeting the needs of customers.

​

We regret that once an Online order is placed, depending on the time lapsed it may not be possible to cancel it if the order has been picked and packed for delivery, and refunds are at the discretion of Management.

​

In case of refunds based on mutual agreement with client and management, they are made via either Store Credit or EWAY. Please note it may take upto 48 hours to process a refund to your account. Some Banks can take up to 7 days depending on type of payment used.

​

Few products have been frozen and the product description will specify. You will receive the freshest meat direct from the butcher every time. You are then able to freeze to your requirements. Each online home delivery order is sent as freshest meat.

In the event of a product being unsatisfactory, please contact us immediately. Do not return the goods without first speaking with a customer service advisor.

Our strict food safety regulations prohibit product from re-entering the store.

​

In the event that you have processed your order and have ordered wrong item, promptly contact us and a friendly Team Member will resolve your issues during business hours if its within the time threshold.

If order has been picked and packed it will not be changed. Please contact us at: info@ozmeatsonline.com.au or call us at

1800 696 3287 ASAP if you feel that you need to amend your order.

In the event of a customer being unsatisfied in any area, we have a large friendly Team available to sort out any issue.

If a purchased product is missing from your order, simply email us or contact us for a refund to the payment method.

​

Be aware that some items may slightly differ from the product photos. Our Butchers are highly trained tradesmen that may need to roll, string or score items in slightly different methods. We guarantee all products will be awesome though!

​

For a 100% full store refund for unsatisfactory produce, a store receipt and return of the item is required.
